Happy Anniversary Coming Soon...

So, I had an amazing post all ready to go...but then blogger decided to be picky and I can not seem to upload any pictures onto my blog :( I have wanted to cry for the past week! We had a fantastic quick little trip up to Santa Monica to celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary and I couldn't wait to share about it. I guess we will have to wait a little while longer until I can figure out what is going on. In the meantime, here is a quick pic of us on our bike road to breakfast. I found a neat program to edit the photo and I LOVE it!

Yesterday, we celebrated the marriage of Sean and Sierra!  Daniel and Sean have been friends since middle school.  the funny thing is that we were both of their leaders at our church when they were in middle school!  It is crazy to see how long you have known friends and see where their lives take them.

 There was lots of dancing, and Daniel had many of his dance moves ready all night long!

Speaking of weddings, we are cleaning, packing, and getting ready to celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary here!  We are SO excited to just get away for a night and relax!  With Daniel in this wedding, I have barely seen him all week.  Redondo Beach here we come...

Happy Surprise!

Happy Birthday to me! Yesterday was my birthday and my amazing husband had quite a surprise in for me.  He threw me a surprise birthday party!  The best part was that he pulled it off without me even knowing.  Let me rephrase that: I knew something was going on, but I was completely surprised at what it actually was! 

Anyone that knows me well knows that I have a tendency to want to control everything.  However, I did not control this one bit and it was a huge success.

We were blessed to have so many friends and family members make it, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself!

The birthday weekend continued with a pedicure today with my mother-in-law. It was much needed, and it felt amazing.  Tomorrow is a "mommy and me" date at the Old Globe Theatre and dinner at The Prado.  I still am in awe at how much work Daniel and my mom put into this.  With the help of terrific friends, it was one of the best birthdays yet!
