-I was born and raised a midwestern gal, but I have lived on the sunny west coast for the past several years. 

- I am in love with all things potato: mashed, baked, scalloped, hash browns, french fries,and on and on this could go!

-I believe that teaching is one of the most joyous and rewarding careers there is. I love it!
