D) BANANAS! I have one almost every morning.
E) Moving back onto apples.....I bring you one of my current favorite snacks. I live for snacks that are filled with good, healthy nutrients that will keep me full between meals. This snack is my go-to morning snack and it always keeps me full while satisfying a little bit of a sweet tooth.
Apples & Cinnamon Yogurt Dip
You will need:
-greek yogurt
-cinnamon
-agave
-apples
I start with 1/2 cup of yogurt in my tupperware ready to go to work with me. Then, I add about 1 tsp. of agave. You can add more if you need to. Green yogurt can be bitter to some, and I especially like to add a little agave to make it a little bit sweeter so I enjoy eating it. Green yogurt is also packed full of protein which helps keep you fuller longer.
Next, sprinkle in some cinnamon to your desire. I never measure, I just sprinkle away.
Stir everything up, cut up your apple slices, pack everything up in your lunch box, and countdown the hours until it is morning snack time!
